Leadership James Maddock leads the team. His career has been defined by leading services focussed on occupiers. He spotted the need in the market for a group, truly dedicated to simplified solutions in an industry increasingly obsessed with complexity. Data Kim Burn leads a team of more than 20 data management experts who dedicate their time to working with leading organisations to ensure their data is forms the basis of portfolio strategy. For you, Kim’s focus is delivery of a streamlined product which manages out the complexity of data management - a major theme in real estate outsourcing. Consulting and Strategy Caroline Strindlund is both our special projects as well as portfolio strategy lead. She specialises turning accurate data into insightful portfolio level strategies. Whether you are driven by savings, talent retention, a post corona reorganisation of your working practices, Caroline can form a strategy completely appropriate to you.

Client Development Ed Neild and Paul Foreman work externally with our clients as well as internally with our own colleagues to align our offer to what you, as a unique client, actually need. Paul and Ed have a combined experience of over 50 years advising corporate clients. Programme Management Christian Brooks leads change management and capital works programme management group. His team manages global programmes, business critical change management as well as integrated accounts. Transactions James Taylor leads the transaction management team. He has spent the last years leading a small group of transaction managers in the effective management of panel and mid cap client accounts - with efficiency of delivery his main goal.

Less is usually more... When it comes to process, the needs of the business are paramount. Work to align your real estate processes to the absolute requirements of your business decision making process. Where possible, reduce or eliminate everything else. This will greatly reduce the drag effect of real estate on your organisation.
