RISK MANAGEMENT AND HSSEQ CHECKS

We have stringent and clear procedures of the process and checks that needs to be completed during a site takeover. These useful tools and templates are uploaded to the company’s portal to assist our FM personnel to carry out an organised and thorough site takeover. These tools will be used to assist our mobilisation team during the takeover of properties from incumbent contractors.

HSSE SITE PRE-START-UP CHECKLIST

For newly secured projects, our FM personnel are required to implement the site pre-start-up checklist as per HSEQ requirement to ensure all the safety procedures, systems and documents are established on site. The site pre-start-up checklist (extracts provided below) is used as a guide for all sites to comply with the potentials safety requirements and to fulfil them.
