PROPOSED DEDICATED MOBILISATION TEAM
C&W’s Mobilisation Team will be overseen by the Account Director Christopher Loh , and will be augmented by a variety of technical, human resources, legal, financial and operations subject matter experts. The handover process to the operational team will be made simple by the mobilisation team ensuring consistent process across the portfolio, adapting the process where necessary to meet any legal or logistical requirements. In reflection of this structure, it is expected that Sentosa Cove will provide a counterpart for each of our transition team
members. Whilst we appreciate that there may be duplication of an individual across roles, it is important for our team members to know who their stakeholders will be within the Sentosa Cove team. Working together towards an efficient and consistent process from the Plan & Discover commencement, to operational go live and transition completion. C&W’s proposed mobilisation team members are highly experienced in the mobilisation process and possess extensive expertise in their subject areas. Outlined below is a demonstration of our Mobilisation team.

3.5 MOBILISATION TOOLS
Our dedicated transtion team will leverage on these tools that indicate clearly all activities that need to be carried out, by whom, when and where. Accountability, responsibility and communication is enhanced. Throughout the transition process, the mobilisation team will collaborate with the IFM site team to analyse existing processes and value-engineer the most efficient and cost-effective solutions. All transition processes and activities will be tracked in a
Transition Checklist. In addition, our team will capture all contract deliverables in a Contract Deliverables Checklist. This helps to ensure that we meet the timeframe to complete service deliverables of the contract during the transition stages and contractual period. From our past experiences, we know that the mobilisation period will entail intensive data and information gathering. We seek Sentosa Cove’s support during this period to ensure a seamless transition of services.
