• Submit list of OEMs, subcontractors and suppliers • Finalise security clearance for personnel • Submit master manpower deployment plan and work schedules • Submit asset management strategy and PPM programme • Submit condition assessment and defects report • Submit quality control plan and develop technical library for document and record control (O&M manuals, spares list, warranties, drawings, etc.) • Finalise automated and manual procedures and processes to capture, monitor and control billing, response and delivery time, work status, quotation submission, spares and consumable stocks, warranties, etc. • Set up site office • Conduct additional induction programme to communicate any updates

• Full move in of the site team and subcon teams • Take over of building, contracts, records, documents, drawings, statutory certificates, warranties, spare part lists, etc. • Take over of key press and keys, access cards, etc. • Complete validation of equipment and systems within 6 months • Finalise CMMS set-up and deploy • Continuous training to familiarise with the facilities, maintenance requirements of the M&E systems and other services, communicate HSSE program and updates, etc. • Closely monitor health, safety and environment practices • Review operations quality systems and submit recommendations for improvement • Subcontractor performance review • KPI gap analysis and transformation initiatives

• COMMENCE CMMS SET-UP CMMS implementation and deployment, include set-up, data gathering, data review, upload of asset register, user testing and launch, training to staff and users. Details of CMMS Onboarding Plan can be found in ‘Section 5.2 Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)’.
