KEY MOBILISATION AND TRANSITION ACTIVITIES (ASSUMING A 2-MONTH TRANSITION TIMELINE) Take over facilities, services, finalise service contracts and develop procedures

• Activate mobilisation and HQ support teams • Kick-off meeting with SDC • Activate subcon services contracts • Introduction to Client & stakeholders • Develop detailed implementation, transition and milestones schedule • Insurances, risk and compliance management, financial and budget management plan • Define objectives, critical success factors and KPIs, roles & responsibilities • Recruitment and transfer of people • Prepare logistical & administrative matters, purchase of tools and equipment, etc. • Establish I.T requirements & systems • Develop communications and reporting plan • Develop reporting / governance framework • Meet outgoing Contractors/Service Providers to fully understand the operations and work out a time-table to facilitate handover / takeover, training • Finalise condition audit / inspection checklists and assessments, asset register review, inspection schedules • Health & safety assessment & statutory compliance • Establish risk assessment, site safety management system and emergency response plans

• Conduct initial induction programme for site team and subcon teams • Submit required declarations forms • Conduct full condition assessments, verify asset register, establish operational condition and identify defects • Develop standard operating procedures (part of technical library) • Finalise communication, helpdesk operations and fault reporting systems • Finalise training programme • Confirm uniform attires • Confirm approved equipment/tools list • Submit taking over report for existing contracts • Final organisation chart with resumes and qualifications for key personnel
