STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCE

Account Director Christopher Loh will work with Sentosa Cove’s team to develop a proactive IFM strategy and ensure the day-to day operations in each location are managed efficiently and effectively in all areas. They will manage and approve all work; ensure consistent processes, procedures, and reporting; and identify value-add opportunities yielded by a proven service delivery process.

Providing Executive oversight will be Natalie Craig (Chief Executive Officer, Cushman & Wakefield Singapore). As the senior leader in our organisation, she will also oversee the process by which the strategic objectives are achieved and ensure the delivery of resources to support the Account Team and Sentosa Cove. Where needed, she will provide strategic support in all aspects in managing the account, as well as serve as additional points of escalation. This ensures that Sentosa Cove has touch points at all levels of engagement with C&W Services.

Natalie Craig is CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Singapore. Before this, she was the Managing Director of C&W Services Singapore, a position she held since April 2020. Today, she oversees the Commerical Real Estate (CRE) business, as well as the business operations and the delivery of Facility Management, Property Management, Building Engineering Solutions, and Energy & Sustainability services by C&W Services Singapore. She leads a team of over 2000 employees, serving a diverse portfolio of facilities, including institutional buildings, commercial offices, industrial sites, townships, sports venues, and R&D facilities
