C&W leverages on best practices and PMI Methodology across accounts to benefit our client’s implementations. The implementation projects will be tailored to Sentosa Cove’s specific needs and documented in a project plan to streamline actives and drive consistency across the entire portfolio for services committed. The Implementation Plan outlined below focuses on the methodology, processes and resources required for successful implementation of our technology stack.

Define Scope of Works document with details on modules and high level milestones to be achieved. Finalising Scope of Works document. Developing high-level data entry , workflow, reporting, data integration and data conversion designs for each system. C&W’s Technology Delivery Manager will work with transition team to establish contact and reporting protocols.
Requirements gathering session that provides ETL (Extract-Transform Load) data templates specific to the system in scope. Due diligence activities by C&W account team to verify data matches on ground conditions as well as update any gaps in information. Configuring system-to system and system-to data warehouse connections
Training to account teams on how the ETL templates are to be filled while maintaining data integrity and accuracy. C&W account team coordinates with any existing technology providers to transform master data (like assets, schedules, property details, etc.) into C&W provided ETL templates. Readying and importing legacy data into the appropriate systems.
Complete the Database Setup Questionnaire to create Sentosa Cove’s database. This includes establishing Sentosa Cove’s company hierarchy, property details, etc. Configuring data entry forms and reports. Mapping business processes to system workflow Configuring system security. Enabling required functionalities.

Review of ETL templates for completeness. Missing information may be requested prior to starting any loading and configuration activities. Verification of system and data integration readiness.
User setup for account team roles, followed by training in preparation for UAT. UAT phase is designed to allow end-users to verify configuration and master data accuracy, while providing opportunity for learning and establishing comfort in the new system.
Onboarding of users. Review and confirm account and client users and security access rights. Final training and detailed system admin training prior to go-live. Provide live login credentials to all users and go-live.
Resolving any defects. Maintaining the system for daily use This stage will be followed by 2 weeks of hypercare to support any training or functional queries. Post hypercare, the project is handed over to C&W BAU technology support with fully updated handover documents and manuals.
