VEBITS ESTATE MANAGEMENT PLATFORM C&W will be utilising Vebits drive-through smart inspection system for estates and road management. It builds upon the latest technologies on AI and cloud solutions to scan through the footages recorded by inspectors. It is done in near real time. The system will be mounted on the security patrol cars to perform inspections as the cars conduct routine patrols in Sentosa Cove. It presents defects’ details in image galleries and geo locations, with all necessary information for an inspection report. Key features: • Automated Road Safety Inspection – pick up road defects automatically and presents users with defect severity, locations, and trend information to review and report. • Environment cleanliness - automatically identifies types of cleanliness defects, utilizes the GIS framework to record geographic location and route taken by the devices • Landscape inspection - monitor and analyse the landscape, ensuring the island remains pristine and well-maintained. • Automated report generation
