E-PTW C&W will develop a e-PTW system specific to the process and associated with Sentosa Cove. Our designated personnel will leverage on the simplicity of the digitalised system to manage the Work Authorisation (WA) process across all services. Traditional paper-based WA forms introduce periods of delay in the communication and tracking and takes up a lot of storage space. Our customised software-based WA system, allows us to administer WA in real time, reducing these delays. The system allows us to: • Get real-time visibility on PTW application - view a real time dashboard of all WA status and onsite activities • Access the data anytime, anywhere online via browser in real time • Customise forms and process according to C&W, Sentosa Cove and regulatory requirements • Submit relevant documents and details in digital format • Request for contractors to complete the digital forms, upload and submit the required information, and documentation via the system • Insert digital signature to obtain multiple signatures in less time
