The ROC, located at C&W Services Singapore Chai Chee Office, is equipped with state-of-the-art technological solutions and 24/7 helpdesk and monitoring services. The ROC functions as a 24/7 command centre and is run by our well-trained people with a good understanding of FM operations and a culture for customer service excellence. The team consist of a mix of skillset (managers, technical-trained and customer-service trained). Furthermore, we have invested heavily in ensuring that our ROC is adequately equipped with the right software systems, applications, hardware equipment and tools.

Operations Centre (ROC)

On top of providing 24/7 helpdesk support to Sentosa Cove, the ROC will also provide parallel operations support to the site team in terms of fault reporting, work order processing and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) management. Overall Outcomes: • Reduce administrative overhead from site team to focus on operations • 24/7 coverage
