Vendor Technology Integration We will work with our vendors to integrate their management systems with our CMMS to streamline reporting and management processes. Vendors without their own management system will be given account access to C&W’s CMMS platform to provide updates on inspections, fault detections, incidents, service delivery feedback. Vendor Technology Innovation We worked closely with our selected vendors to propose smart innovative solutions to Sentosa Cove to improve productivity and efficiency. Detailed information on subcon technology specifically on landscaping, security and cleaning services and be found in ‘Section 5.3 - Deployment of Innovative Solutions and Methods’. On shuttle bus service, we will be implementing a live Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) public weblink. Riders can access our public weblink from any internet-enabled device to view the live location of any shuttle bus in transit, allowing them to monitor its progress in real time.

Subcontract or Technology

Our system utilizes advanced algorithms to calculate accurate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for each bus stop along the route. Riders can view the ETA of any shuttle bus in transit with a simple glance at our public weblink.
