Tom joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2001, after 12 years of overseeing 3MSF of industrial and office space for a home textiles manufacturer. Since then he has directed lease, sublease, sale and redevelopment assignments for clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. Tom has received the Service Excellence Award multiple times, a testament to his client-focused philosophy.

Taylor specializes in agency leasing and occupier services for office and industrial clients throughout the Puget Sound region. Taylor is proactive and persistent in business development and prospecting to identify opportunities for his clients.
