Professional Expertise Taylor van Dam is workplace strategist with a passion for bringing creative and integrated design solutions for corporate workplace that align with business needs and create compelling experiences. She is a thought leader and part of the Experience per SF™ development team and through her research, observations, interviews, surveys and a focus on employee engagement and productivity, Taylor designs workplace recommendations for clients. Work Experience Taylor is an experienced Interior Designer and her strategic workplace and human behavior expertise helps clients anticipate and mitigate risks associated with transitioning people from a traditional environment into new workplace strategies and solutions. Taylor has delivered major workplace strategies for Seyfarth Shaw, IHG, Sage Therapeutics, International Justice Mission, Pfizer, PrivateBank, Carnival Cruise Lines, People’s Gas and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. She has led Experience per SF™ initiatives for AT&T, Citizen’s Bank, Pfizer, Grant Thornton, CBOE, Fariview, American Library as well as helped numerous companies such as Ameriprise and Boehringer Ingelheim understand how to best leverage their space. Prior to coming to Cushman & Wakefield, Taylor was most recently Assistant Vice President, Space Planner at DTZ on the SunTrust Bank account in Atlanta. She supported the design of SunTrust’s Productive Mobility workplace strategy and SunWorks, SunTrust’s first co-working space. Taylor also developed supporting project move strategies and implementations to support new workplace strategies and designs. She began her career as an Interior Designer at TVS Interiors, Office Interiors, Ivan Allen Workspace and DeKalb Office Environments in Atlanta. Previous project work and clients include Merrill Lynch Hopewell NJ campus, TIAA-CREF Charlotte campus, Canada Life, Home Depot Headquarters, SunTrust and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Education and Memberships Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the University of Kentucky and has more than 20 years of Interior Design, Space Planning, Furniture, Project Management, Account Management, Construction Administration, Corporate Real Estate and Change Management experience. She is Birkman Certified and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner as well as an active member of CoreNet Global.
