Professional Expertise Dave is Partner in our Strategic Consulting practice out of our Amsterdam office in The Netherlands. He is Co-Head of the Real Estate Strategy & Innovation Service Line, with 15+ years experience in management consulting focused on real estate. Advising clients on the development and delivery of real estate strategies and transformation programs, helping to optimize portfolios and operating models that enable broader business strategy, unlocking significant enterprise value. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Dave was part of the Leadership Team of the Real Estate Consulting practice in Deloitte Consulting. He has extensive cross-industry experience as trusted advisor and critical sparring partner of real estate decision makers, serving real estate companies, owners and global corporate occupiers, delivering cross-border real estate transformation programs across the full spectrum of the asset lifecycle. He helps clients navigate their most impactful challenges, aligning portfolio, operating model and technology infrastructure to vision and goals.
