PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE Willard Freeman is a Managing Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, D.C. Brokerage Services. Willard has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience serving a variety of high-profile tenants and investors in complex real estate transactions around the globe. He provides guidance and leasing expertise for a variety of developers, corporations, law firms and government agencies throughout the Washington, DC Metro Region. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Willard served as Principal at Catalyst 3 Realty, a boutique development services provider. Prior to Catalyst 3, Willard was CEO of Concordis Real Estate Advisors, a minority owned commercial real estate provider.

In 2023, Willard help launch Cushman & Wakefield’s DEI Advisory Program with a mission to solve DEI client requirements, broadening diversity in the markets, and providing diverse insights into brokerage transactions. Working directly with C&W’s Global Head of Diversity, Nadine Augusta, and alongside C&W’s Director of DEI, Willard has helped onboard and support external DEI Partnerships across the country.
