Cushman & Wakefield established the program to optimize client value by increasing access and opportunities for historically underrepresented brokerages in CRE. A cornerstone of this program is to build new and deepen existing relationships with top CRE brokerage firms owned by historically underrepresented individuals while expanding visibility and access for internal historically underrepresented brokers. Our goal... • Deliver on client’s expectations for greater diversity in transactions • Broaden diversity in the markets • Provide fresh insights and perspectives into brokerage transactions
