DEI Strategy Led by Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer Nadine Augusta, our global DEI strategy focuses on making an impact for our workforce, workplace, and the marketplace. Our dedicated DEI subject matter experts work across regions to ensure DEI is embedded throughout our business. Workforce: Develop, nurture, and empower our people to do their best work, and recruit and retain historically underrepresented talent. Workplace: Develop a culture of equity, inclusion and belonging through increased leadership accountability, transparency and cross-cultural education.
