How did Four Resource Square stack-up to competition? • Understand what it will take to WIN THE DEAL. • Follow up with visuals and custom, supplemental marketing materials that stimulate more dialogue with the broker and/or prospect. • Provide ownership with a detailed leasing report so that you know of all proactive marketing endeavors, real-time prospect list and information as to why we did or did not win deals.
