This approach will ensure consistent service standards and, most importantly, meet Sentosa’s requirements and deliverables for this contract. Our best-in-class subcontractor management system will guarantee that our vendor partners provide top-quality service to Sentosa Cove. This system not only monitors subcontractor performance but also fosters cohesiveness and collaboration among the vendor team. We have prepared a proposal with comprehensive offerings to address Sentosa Cove’s facilities management needs, as well as engagement with residents and commercial tenants.
