THE OUTSTANDING BUILDI

G OF THE YEAR AWARDS

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) is an annual competition presented by Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International that recognizes properties that exemplify superior building quality and excellence in building management. The competition has three levels: local, regional, and international. Winners from the local level advance to the regional competition. Regional winners then have a chance to take home the honor of an International TOBY Award. Judging is based on community impact, tenant/employee relations programs, energy management systems, accessibility, emergency evacuation procedures, building personnel training programs, and overall quality indicators. This year, Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq took home an international TOBY Award for Centennial Lakes Office Park in the suburban office category and a regional award for RBC Plaza. In addition, Cushman & Wakefield, won three regional awards and 10 local awards.
