Despite ongoing strengthening in occupancy levels, landlords will still likely be very careful when considering to raise their base rental levels. Gross rental rates are projected to slightly increase, mostly as the result ofincremental rises in both base rental and service charge components. Rental growth is expected to increase further in 2025 following the general election and period of expected political stability, against the backdrop of an improved economic forecast.
