NEW SUPPLY In 2021 and 2022, there were no completions in the city centre. The most recent deliveries are the mixed-use Szervita Square project (4,000 sqm of retail) and the Emerald Residence luxury residential complex and four-star hotel (555 sqm of retail), both completed in 2020. There is one ongoing development project, the renovation of the Fontana building, which will accommodate 3,000 square metres of retail space and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024. The Main Street project, a major multi-functional project of significant scale, remains in the planning phase.
