 Hyderabad is anticipated to witness record-high new completions of approximately 15.6 msf in 2024.  The total supply is projected to reach 44.3 msf during the period 2023–2025, with the Gachibowli submarket contributing the majority (approximately 58%), followed by Madhapur (40%).  Post-2024, there is an anticipated annual decline in gross office supply, averaging around 1 – 2 msf. However, additional projects are currently in the initial stages of planning.
