 NCR is expected to witness new completions of around ~10 msf in 2023 and 2024.  Under-construction projects are located mostly across Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram and along the Expressway in Noida.  Supply pipeline remains healthy, particularly in 2025 and 2026.
