QUALITY CONTROL: AUDITS & INSPECTIONS

To continuously monitor our performance, SLAs and KPIs throughout the life of the contract

and ensure service delivery excellence, we develop a

comprehensive programme of audits as part of the overarching HSSEQ Management Plan. The audit schedule will be developed and reviewed annually to ensure it remains current. We develop the audit frequency using an internal risk matrix. Audit activities include internal audits, contractor audits and the audits mandated by Sentosa Cove. Audits assess our compliance to statutory requirements, contractual requirements as well as ISO and OHSA certifications. Below is sample of an audit matrix highlighting the type and frequency of audits.

INTERNAL AUDITS

C&W conducts internal audits every year to prepare our teams for the external audit process. Internal audits are carried out by personnel trained in ISO internal audit.

• Audit checklist, which address key issues for safety, quality, environment and security. • Check previous relevant audit reports for any previous non-conformance reports or improvement requests. • Uses clear and measurable criteria to assess the availability, use and understanding of the system documentation. • Check for conformance and non conformance activities and practices

and discuss areas of non-compliance prior to raising an improvement or corrective action request. • Concludes with an audit report on the overall effectiveness of the system audited. • Monitor and close corrective action requests (CARs) and preventive action requests (PARs) to resolve issues identified.

EXTERNAL AUDITS C&W Integrated Management System (IMS) framework is audited by an external third-party auditor annually. Annual surveillance audits by our certification body ensures that our systems and processes continue to meet the requirements established by these standards and that continuous improvements are being implemented into our management systems. This management framework provides the bedrock to our global 360 HSSE strategy with a focus on managing our core business of delivering contracted maintenance services to clients without harm or non-compliance. Our legal compliance framework is a core element within our IMS ensuring compliance with the relevant standards for the jurisdiction in which we operate.
