QUALITY CONTROLS

Our Quality Management System, established by our HSSEQ team, will underpin our Operating Model. This system will ensure the quality of work, environmental and sustainability programs, regulatory compliance, energy and utility management, and business continuity are properly tracked and monitored. Additionally, our HSSEQ team will manage quality assurance and safety, reinforcing our commitment to high standards and safe operations. Our in-house HQ team will conduct bi annual quality audits, while our HSSEQ team will perform yearly audits. These audits will ensure compliance with contracts and performance standards, including the financial performance of project accounts. Through this rigorous auditing process and comprehensive safety management, we maintain the reliability and integrity of our operations, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and adherence to the highest quality standards.
