AREAS OF IMPLEMENTATION

The Smart Toilet IoTs will be installed in the toilets located at Sentosa Cove Village. Priority will be given to toilets with high human traffic. Toilet Roll Sensors will be installed in every WC.

RATIONALE OF PROPOSAL

Feedback system enables continuous improvement on cleanliness level of the toilets to maintain high user satisfaction

IoT sensors will enable on-demand cleaning and replenishment of consumables. Manpower and other resources can be optimised, resulting in high operational efficiency and productivity.

Data collected from the various sensors can be harnessed for performance evaluation and analytics

Sensor will accurately monitor the number of people using the facility. This data is essential to determine the facility’s usage patterns and plan cleaner activities accordingly. PEOPLE COUNTING (2 NOS) Toilet cleanliness feedback system will be implemented. The digital feedback panel will allow users to provide feedback/notifications via touch screen. FEEDBACK SYSTEM (2 NOS) Measures the concentration of ammonia gas (PPM) to determine the state of odor (bad smell) in the restroom AMMONIA SENSOR (2 NOS) Monitoring of paper dispenser fill level provides on demand alert for replenishment and data trending for resource planning TOILET ROLL SENSOR (25 NOS) The constant monitoring of temperature and humidity allows the us to pre-empt any HVAC related deficiency TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY SENSOR (2 NOS)
