2018: C&W won the Excellence Award for FM Technology for its “Uberization of FM Operations” - which makes use of its in-house developed self powered wireless Remote Supervisory System to perform surveillance, monitor work and communicate with people on the ground remotely. Combined with the adoption of Timesheet Mobile Application, C&W was able to optimise resources as it could respond to service requests on-demand basis. 2019: C&W developed its own Smart FM IoT System which won the Best FM Technology Service Provider of the Year Award. The Smart FM IoT System complements existing Building Management System (BMS) in the building by measuring and monitoring any other building systems and environment parameters, e.g., Indoor Air Quality and Toilet Cleanliness that are not monitored by the BMS.
