PROCESS OF CHECKS
• The IFM core team will schedule regular sampling checks based on predefined criteria and SLAs. • Supervisors or quality assurance teams receive automated notifications for upcoming checks. • Designated personnel perform on-site inspections using mobile devices integrated with the CMMS. • They check the physical condition, functionality, and compliance with SLA requirements.

WHO PERFORMS THE CHECKS Level 1 - Supervisors / Property Executives / FM / SFM:
• Oversee the execution of maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with SLAs. • Conduct independent sampling checks to verify the quality and completeness of work.
Level 2 - HQ Quality Assurance Teams: Level 3 - External Auditors (if required):
• Perform periodic audits for an unbiased assessment of maintenance activities
PROPER DOCUMENTATION
• The CMMS compiles the data into comprehensive reports such as a detailed Work Summary Report. • Reports include detailed records of checks, compliance status, and identified issues. • Users can generate and export these reports in PDF or Word format for easy sharing and review.
