Operational Technology Data (OTD) / Fault Detection & Diagnostic (FDD)Platform C&W enhance our technology proposition to Sentosa Cove with an integrated OTD & FDD platform that connects independent systems into a single data platform to uncover underlying opportunities for optimisation and savings. Provides a real-time view of the building performance to reduce waste and drive efficiencies. Examples are integration of IoTs, energy management platform and other tech vertical silos. Data is monitored by our FM site team and Remote Operations Center (ROC). • Real-time Asset Monitoring • Fault Detection (rule-based and machine learning algorithm) • Real-Time Alert (via different channels) • Fault Diagnostic (root cause analysis, learning of causes overtime) • Evaluation and Decisions (based on severity level critical, high, medium, and low) Overall Outcomes: • Automate fault detection and diagnostic analysis of building system operation to identify inefficiency for reducing building energy waste and carbon emission. • Provide actionable suggestions on system operations and maintenance for energy saving • Early failure detection and diagnostics to reduce human intervention and manual operations

The dashboards will be deployed to consolidate data from various sources. Data captured and processed via different systems (CMMS, Contracts Management System, etc) can be analysed real-time through C&W’s analytics and visualisation platform. The analysed data is used for actionable insights such as collaborative decision making, data focused action by the FM operations team and even building up the facility, asset and building condition information to forecast areas of improvement or possible failures.
