CAREER HIGLIGHTS
Christopher is the account director for various contracts under government agencies. He will lead his team to perform and deliver integrated facilities management services to client’s properties. He will work closely with the manager to review service performance and improvement initiatives and will support the onsite team with the FM operations. Christopher has 17 years of dedication to facilities management with proven track records in facilities operations, repairs and maintenance, contract administration, procurement, construction management, sales and business development . He also leads the facilities management team with the implementation of IoT technology and SMART sensors. He plays an active role in overseeing his project and provides strong leadership and support to his team, whilst maintaining good relations and regular communication with his clients to maintain high level of customer satisfaction. Christopher has in-depth knowledge and experience in managing foreign workers’ dormitories and amenities. He currently oversees 3 foreign workers’ dormitory portfolios totalling over 4,600 beds. He shares his expertise with the operations team on foreign worker facility management strategies and directs his in-house marketing and leasing team to ensure high and sustainable occupancy rates for this class of assets.
