We recognised that sustainability has becoming more prevalent, therefore, we ensure our FM team implement community engagement activities for Sentosa Cove as well as its tenants and residents. Some of the initiatives that C&W can provide the support to Sentosa Cove include, but not limited to COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PLANS ON SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES

ACTIVITY

• Display visual aids that promote recycling, water and energy conservation. Communicate to tenants on recycling bin locations, circulars educating on sustainable practices tenants can adopt, advertise relevant events • Organise yearly environment sustainability road show to promote the 3Rs, share good recycling practices and encourage tenants to pledge on their contribution to save the environment. Invite agencies and institutions to educate on recycling and minimising wastage (water, electricity, etc.). • Work with agencies and sustainability groups to organise activities at site for Earth Day and Earth Hour to create awareness on pollution and its impact to the living environment

Campaigns and Roadshows

• Co-develop with Sentosa Cove a ‘Tenant Construction and Fit-out Manual’ & procurement guidelines to be provided which includes sustainable materials schedule and green specifications. The guide shall detail the materials that should not be permitted to be used within the building. • Map out an Environmental Management Plan formed in collaboration with the tenants to set and review the targets set in this schedule
