The Emergency Response Plan is shown in the diagram below as well as the composition breakdown of the three-tier structure of the Emergency Teams (ERT & EMT).
1 ST TIER – ERT (EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM) • Members are frontline operational team at site and Account Management Team. • Render 1st line recovery services. 2 nd TIER – EMT (EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT TEAM) • Members from headquarters (e.g. HSSE, Corporate Communications, Procurement) and Account Management Team. • Render 2nd line of recovery services e.g. mobilization of additional manpower. 3 RD TIER – CCG (COMMAND & CONTROL GROUP) • Members from HQ Leadership team (senior management staff – CE & MDs). • Sets up Operation Centre to oversee damage control and recovery services.

Depending on the severity of the crisis, Command and Control Group (CCG) which comprises senior management staff may be activated. C&W Services Contact Centre will be leveraged upon in the event of emergencies that requires additional support from the ERT and EMT. The workflow for emergency response activation by the Contact Centre is shown in the following flowchart.
