Our comprehensive Change Management and Communication Management Plan will minimise disruption to Entities operations and mitigate and manage any transition and operational risks by • Successfully managing communication activities during the transition before the Service Commencement Date • Comprehensively addressing the changes in the management of the properties and related Services, the benefits of the new arrangements, and how they will impact stakeholders.
