PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE Lauren Hale joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) in 2013 as a Research Analyst in the Research Services Department. Ms. Hale utilizes her 10-plus years of research experience to act as a main resource for clients. Her main responsibilities include tracking real estate trends, forecasting market conditions, and collaborating with marketing groups and brokerage to position research to contribute to business development efforts. Along with assistance in research, Ms. Hale develops and writes white papers and industry analyses. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Hale worked with CoStar Group as a Certified Research Analyst. There, she conducted interviews for approximately 10,000 lease transactions and 600 sales comparable reports for the New York City region for transactions up to $15 million, and identified and contacted owners and leasing agents to verify building information. With that, Ms. Hale obtained and analyzed market data for a plethora of clients, including sales and leasing firms, financial institutions, building owners and media outlets.
