PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE Blair joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 as a Senior Associate in the Strategic Advisory Group, a consulting team which provides expertise in strategic planning, portfolio rationalizations, transaction structuring, underwriting and financial analysis, and reporting and consensus building. She primarily focuses on financial, proposal, and sensitivity analysis, while supporting the team with due diligence, negotiations, and project management. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Blair worked in Investment Sales for Hunter Hotel Advisors, the nation’s leading investment advisory firm focused exclusively on the hotel industry. In that capacity, she was a member of the top-producing brokerage team, underwriting more than 600 assets and assisting in the disposition of more than 75 properties, worth approximately $700 Million. In addition to her extensive real estate background, Blair worked in HIV and AIDS activism, interning in London for the local Dance4Life chapter. An international force, Dance4Life operates in 14 countries, helping educate and empower young people. Blair worked in underfunded London city schools, teaching interactive seminars on HIV and AIDS.
