ED DONNERY Executive Managing Director, Strategic Advisory Group ed.donnery@cushwake.com
PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE Edward F. Donnery is an Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Advisory Group. His team applies a strategic approach to recommend cost effective occupancy solutions to a wide range of clients. In order to design the right real estate platform, the group seeks to understand clients’ core business drivers, and operational strategies that will impact real estate. The group achieves stakeholder consensus by applying a series of diagnostic tools to promote a transparent recommendation. Ed focuses on scenario development of viable alternatives, complex financial modeling and the accounting implications of real estate transactions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2001, Ed spent 12 years with Bankers Trust Company and Deutsche Bank where he was Vice President of Corporate Real Estate. In that position, he supported integration and cost savings initiatives for the 6 million square foot real estate portfolio of three consolidated companies (Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust Company, and Alex Brown & Company) located in 50 cities throughout the United States. These efforts provided Ed with extensive experience in portfolio assessment, and the development of acquisition and disposition strategies to satisfy projected occupancy requirements and business adjacencies.
