Cushman & Wakefield is currently marketing Paramount Group’s retail space at 900 Third Avenue. We do not represent any of the Landlord’s office space. From 2016-2018, Cushman & Wakefield had a nearly equal distribution of client representation in New York City, with 51.8% of the total square footage leased on behalf of tenants, and 48.2% on behalf of landlords. Tenant Representation is our most profitable business line. Although Cushman & Wakefield has completed transactions on behalf of several co-working and shared space providers, no one on the Project Team has been involved in these transactions.
