Outline the scope of services that your firm typically provides for an assignment similar in size and scope, which we expect would include the following: • Assess the HLT’s current real estate position and future requirements: – Analyze the Company’s current event and office use and space requirements. – Identify occupancy cost savings opportunities. – Identify opportunities for space use and efficiencies. – Identify, develop, evaluate and make recommendations concerning the opportunity to extend and/or amend the existing lease. – Establish strategy and make recommendations to fulfill the Company’s requirements and formulate a plan for execution. – Assist the Company in negotiations to deliver superior and optimal terms.
