Can’t work without materials, equipment, and tools on site: • equipment, testing, data infrastructure • computing power, monitors, print/copy files, testing, security needs • physical work, e.g., labs, manufacturing, command center, visual management

Require in person interactions to perform work

Are considered at risk by the CDC

Have family obligations

e.g., medical, dental, and emergency functions

e.g. Children with school closures, family care

e.g., demographics, symptomatic, exposure

Are unable to commute within safety guidelines

Are not compliant when working from home: • Confidentiality Laws • Cyber security regulations • Safety precautions and OSHA regulations

If needed, discuss strategies with employer, e.g., transportation needs or supplemental support for at home conditions, consideration for time off.

If not possible, discuss mitigation strategies with employer

Steps to take: • Providing continued support for ergonomic, safe work environments at home
