Distancing : the elevator lobby requires coordination for entrance /egress so that social distancing can be respected upon exiting. Potentially, elevators can be designated for up and down transport only, but the pinch points will be a consideration. Occupant volume: avoid high occupancy by staggering arrival and departure will support reduced traffic. Touchpoints: gloves to be worn in elevators or modified touchless device to push buttons. Hygiene: employees to wear masks upon entering and while circulating on the floor. Pick up/disposal of PPE to be considered upon entering the space. Distancing: Clear vertical dividers to be installed at circulation path . Distancing: Recommendation to remove guest chairs to avoid gathering. Doors to be propped open or removed. Distancing: maintain 6’ distancing or consider this single use occupancy. Touchpoints : users to wear gloves when using shared equipment or area supported by a day porter. Single use supplies to be provided e.g. cups, tea, stirrers, etc. Distancing: the seating has been reduced to respect distancing. Circulation: flow into the conference room would be clockwise, occupants to take the furthest most seat upon arrival. Meeting occupants to be thoughtful upon queuing into the room. Touchpoints : doors to be propped open or removed. Shared tech and writing materials only to be used with gloves. ` Occupant Volume: each bathroom to be considered single occupant and possibly unisex, floor capacity would be limited to 3. Potential friction point with exit from the ADA restroom and those queuing to use the restroom; secondarily, queuing for the elevators to exit may conflict with restroom queue. This will require heightened awareness of social distancing.
