Tenant Cleaning Specifications from Seyfarth Lease Redlined by Cushman & Wakefield for Client Discussion GENERAL CLEANING Nightly • Nightly services shall be rendered five (5) six (6) nights each week. No Saturday, Sunday or Holiday services (including holidays except Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and July 4 th , • which are those days stated in this Lease). • Damp and/or mop and sweep floors, removing gum and tar, as needed to maintain in clean condition throughout the Building, including tenant spaces, entrance foyers, vestibules and all public areas, including Building corridors, all stone, ceramic tile, marble, terrazzo, asphalt tile, linoleum, rubber, vinyl and other type of flooring to insure dust-free floors with special attention to hard to reach areas using cleaning products as recommended by the Center for Disease Controls (CDC). • Carpet sweep nightly all carpeted areas and rugs, moving light furniture other than desks, file cabinets, etc. including carpet edges and corners and vacuum once per week. • Empty and damp wipe all wastepaper baskets and disposal receptacles, wash ashtrays, sanitary cans, wastepaper towel cans and any other receptacles. (Install liners as necessary, liners supplied by Landlord at Tenant's Landlord's cost). Collect and remove from Building wastepaper and rubbish from normal operation of Building to a designated area in outside of the premises, daily including recyclables. • Dust and wipe clean all furniture, telephones, cabinets, windowsills, door casings, chair rails and trim and clean all glass tables and desktops with impregnated cloths using best practices including disinfectants specified by the CDC., as needed. • Damp wipe Disinfect all telephones, headpieces, copiers and all other touch surfaces for office equipment including keyboards, touch screens, including dials, or buttons and crevices. • Remove all finger marks, smudges, scuff marks, gum or foreign matter from glass desk tops, glass tables tops, glass directory boards surfaces including, metal partitions and other marks from walls, window sill frames and other similar surfaces, and glass table cabinet, as necessary. • Wipe clean and disinfect with disinfectants as specified by the CDC all metal doorknobs, kick plates, pushplates, directional signs, door saddles, railings, microwave buttons, refrigerator/freezer/dishwasher/kitchen sink and water cooler handles, countertops, lobby doors, elevator buttons, mail chutes and all metals.
