MEET OUR TEAM
Mark Hemmeter | Founder and CEO Mark founded Office Evolution in 2003 and serves as CEO. Prior to founding Office Evolution, he was a developer and operator of hospitality properties including resort hotels, casinos, retail stores and restaurants in Colorado, Hawaii, Louisiana, California, Mexico and the Caribbean. His passions in business include real estate development, technology and supporting entrepreneurs. He is an active member of YPO/ WPO and has been a member of ULI, Vistage, NAIOP, and the CU Real Estate Council. He loves to explore and so far has visited 44 countries and climbed seventeen 14,000+ foot peaks in Colorado. Originally from Honolulu, Mark graduated the University of Colorado College of Business. He has been married for 27 years to Lisa and has three daughters.
Paola Olson | Franchise Real Estate Manager Paola is a Franchise Real Estate Manager and has diverse background in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Her experienced started in Cleveland, Ohio working for a small real estate developer as a leasing agent, property manager and tenant rep. Over the last two decades, Paola has represented multiple National brands; including Hollywood Video, Enterprise Rent a Car, Franchise Brands; Plato’s Closet, Once Upon a Child, Play It Again Sports, Music GO Round and Title Boxing Club throughout the country as well as Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico. In addition to representing tenants, Paola has represented Landlords as a leasing agent, project manager and property manager for Retail, Professional and Medical Office Properties.

John Lijoi | Project Manager John joined Office Evolution in April 2019. As Project Manager, he assists franchisees with the initial design of their space and works closely with them during the buildout of their location. He has twenty years of experience in the construction industry, including projects ranging from residential properties, multi-unit townhomes and large commercial projects. John also has five years of experience in the technology industry, which includes the installation and maintenance of structured cabling as well as IT management for small and medium sized businesses. His project management experience is custom tailored for the OE model and also includes the oversight of data-tracking installations at utility-sized solar projects across North America.

Contractor shall ensure that carpet supplied for an individual installation be from the samemanufacturing run, of uniform color, texture and pattern. 7.Carpet Installation All flooring shall be installed permanufacturer's recommendations regarding adhesives, seaming, direction, etc. Carpet installer shall ensure that carpet nap runs in the same direction. Carpet to carpet transitions at door shall occur directly under line of closed door. 8.Carpet Stock The Contractor shall verifywhether or not the Tenantwould like to store any large usable carpet remnants prior to discarding. 9.Base Contractor shall allow rubber base to run continuous around corners. Do not use pre-molded base or pieces less than18" long. Basematerial shall be installed flush to floor surface. 10. Transitions Contractor shall provide rubber transition strips between carpet and LVT/VCT tomatch rubber base. 11.Paint All painted surfaces shall receivemanufacturer's recommended primer coat and (2) coatsminimum specified finish. 12.Paint Submittals Contractor shall submit three (3) sets of8" x10" paint samples toNELSON for approval prior to field execution. 13.Paint Stock Contractor shall leave remaining paint (1 gallonminimum) of each color clearly labeledwith "Color Name" and Finish Key "P-#"with Tenant for future touch-up needs. 14.Wallcovering Wall or surfaceswithwallcovering finishes shall be primedwith sizing prior towallcovering installation.
