MEET OUR TEAM
Mark Hemmeter | Founder and CEO Mark founded Office Evolution in 2003 and serves as CEO. Prior to founding Office Evolution, he was a developer and operator of hospitality properties including resort hotels, casinos, retail stores and restaurants in Colorado, Hawaii, Louisiana, California, Mexico and the Caribbean. His passions in business include real estate development, technology and supporting entrepreneurs. He is an active member of YPO/WPO and has been a member of ULI, Vistage, NAIOP, and the CU Real Estate Council. He loves to explore and so far has visited 44 countries and climbed seventeen 14,000+ foot peaks in Colorado. Originally from Honolulu, Mark graduated the University of Colorado College of Business. He has been married for 27 years to Lisa and has three daughters.
Emily Larson | Vice President of Development Emily joined Office Evolution in October 2008. As the VP of Development, she oversees expansion strategy and real estate and site selection as well as build out operations and design. Before becoming VP of Development, Emily held other roles at OE including Senior Director of Operations and Director of Special Projects. Before joining OE, Emily worked as General Manager of a luxury boutique inn in Boulder, CO. Originally from Durango, Emily earned a degree in French and Business from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She spends her free time enjoying the Colorado outdoors hiking, camping and stand up paddle boarding.

Lacy Konieczka | Lead Project Manager & Designer Lacy joined Office Evolution in December 2015. As the Project Manager she proactively manages all of our buildout projects. With a BS in Interior Design and a Minor in Architecture from Texas Tech University this allows Lacy to develop space plans, furniture floor plans and assist in the finish selection process. She also collaborates with a larger team of facilities professionals managing tasks from architects, site planners, furniture vendors, cost estimators, IT contractors and Engineers
Jessica Bell | Real Estate & Construction PM Jessica joined Office Evolution in August 2018. As the Real Estate and Construction Project Manager, she oversees real estate and site selection, as well as the buildout of the space. Jessica joined Office Evolution with 10 years prior experience in Real Estate, working on the Landlord and Asset Management side. Jessica has a BA in History in Psychology from Metro State University.

Both the substrate and surface preparation shall be in accordancewith the manufacturer's recommendations. 6.Carpet Contractor shall submit three (3) sets of carpet samples toNELSON for approval prior to field execution. Contractor shall ensure that carpet supplied for an individual installation be from the samemanufacturing run, of uniform color, texture and pattern. 7.Carpet Installation All flooring shall be installed permanufacturer's recommendations regarding adhesives, seaming, direction, etc. Carpet installer shall ensure that carpet nap runs in the same direction. Carpet to carpet transitions at door shall occur directly under line of closed door. 8.Carpet Stock The Contractor shall verifywhether or not the Tenantwould like to store any large usable carpet remnants prior to discarding. 9.Base Contractor shall allow rubber base to run continuous around corners. Do not use pre-molded base or pieces less than18" long. Basematerial shall be installed flush to floor surface. 10. Transitions Contractor shall provide rubber transition strips between carpet and LVT/VCT tomatch rubber base. 11.Paint All painted surfaces shall receivemanufacturer's recommended primer coat and (2) coatsminimum specified finish. 12.Paint Submittals Contractor shall submit three (3) sets of8" x10" paint samples toNELSON for approval prior to field execution. 13.Paint Stock Contractor shall leave remaining paint (1 gallonminimum) of each color clearly labeledwith "Color Name" and Finish Key "P-#"with Tenant for future touch-up needs. 14.Wallcovering Wall or surfaceswithwallcovering finishes shall be primedwith sizing prior towallcovering installation. Wallcovering installations shall not terminate at outside corners or reveals.
