Client service is your first priority and this relationship benefits greatly from a regular review to set goals and evaluate performance. These reviews are typically called quarterly business reviews (QBRs), executive business reviews or business reviews. A meaningful QBR should include an internal and external perspective, therefore including an executive from your company and an executive from the client company. Ideally these executives are not both involved in the day to day operations of the relationship, thereby allowing the group to step back and elevate the discussion to a more strategic standpoint.
