GOS launches new Portfolio Services Center in Budapest

Global Portfolio Administration: K2 Due Diligence Trip Members of the Global Portfolio Administration team traveled to Manila and Budapest meet and engage with global team members on the K2 Due Diligence Trip. The trip was a great opportunity to learn about the operations of the offices and see the exciting growth currently underway, as well as strengthen our global partnerships.

Our new Portfolio Services Center (PSC) in Budapest is officially open. The first phase of the new office will accommodate 150 professionals, providing a full scope of services which includes strategic consulting; project & development services; portfolio administration, transaction management, occupier management; and a 24/5 multilingual help desk for FM currently looking after four clients. The office design is inspired around the employees, using glass wall fronts in all meeting rooms, graphics of iconic buildings in Budapest, collaborative spaces, and an emotion wall designed to gauge the mood within the office creating a space which is familiar and locally relevant. From Budapest, Cushman & Wakefield’s GOS team is both shaping the future strategy of clients’ portfolios, as well as providing day-to-day management services. The team is led by Byron Tudor.
