Charter Account Hit Huge Milestone Part of the job of a lease administrator is mining the data and keeping their eyes open for cost savings or cost recovery opportunities. This is a big part of the value proposition that our lease administration teams bring to client accounts, and demonstrates to our clients that we are not simply abstracting data and paying rents – we are being proactive and looking out for the client’s best interest. These amounts can vary greatly from month to month, ranging from a few thousand dollars to several hundred thousand dollars. Our Charter lease administration team recently achieved a major milestone, generating over $1 million in cost savings / cost recovery for the period January – September – this is more than twice the savings this team generated for the entire last year! The timing of this achievement was especially helpful as the GOS West team was in the middle of a contract renewal process, which helped add even more weight to our proposal negotiations. Congratulations to our Charter lease administration team members Elizabeth Scheele, Christina Sukiennik, Karen Fasen, Karin Lopez, Jim Girvin, and Tracey Burmeister!

Service Line Brochures, One-Pagers, and Sharepoint Sites Service Line Materials are an extension of the business that will showcase our capabilities to existing clients and demonstrate our value to attract new clients. They are a great tool to provide credibility and clarity. Additionally, the Service Line Sharepoint Sites are now live. These sites serve as a centralised hub filled with materials, resources, information, and more.

United Way Kickoff Campaign

The Toronto office held their yearly United Way Campaign in November. Daily auctions, draws, raffles, games, and events all led to another successful year. Exceeding their goal, the office raised a total of $64,153.95 for United Way Toronto, a charity “working to advance the common good and create opportunities for a better life for everyone in our city.”
