Annual REA Excellence Award More than 500 people attended the Annual REA Excellence Awards in Melbourne. The awards recognise and celebrate excellence in the property and media industries and the judging panel consisted of 17 independent professionals who are experts in their field. Cushman & Wakefield won:

Top Real Estate Services Firm in China Cushman & Wakefield has been named the top real estate services firm in China according to the

results of Euromoney magazine’s 2017 Real Estate Survey. We placed first in four key awards categories of Overall, Valuation, Agency/Letting, and Research services in China.

• Brand Campaign of the Year – Commercial • Contribution to Community – Commercial

The brand campaign submission highlighted our work around the ‘be what’s next’ positioning. This brand activity and articulation of our attributes was born in Australia and is now being utilised by Cushman & Wakefield in Asia Pacific.

2017 EDGE Awards Inaugural EDGE Awards recognise the work of Cushman & Wakefield’s designers and marketing professionals.

Senem Goctu, Senior Graphic Designer, GOS, won the award in Research & Thought Leadership category for the design of The Occupier Edge. There were more than 200 submissions this year. Congratulations, Senem!
