PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE Janice joined Cushman andWakefield March 2015 and is located in the NYmidtown office. Janice leads Cushman andWakefield’s Global and Americas Talent Management and Diversity team, responsible for multiple learning programs and talent development initiatives. In her role Janice leads executive development and succession planning, leadership development, performance management, learning, engagement, and diversity & inclusion. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Janice was Global Head of Talent Management for KCG Holdings (2013 – 2015), where she led integration initiatives to facilitate the merger of two culturally diverse firms, Knight Capital Group and Getco. Her integration work included addressing firm values and culture, revamping the title structure and promotion process, building a change management process, developing and introducing a comprehensive, unified performance management process and implementing firm-wide employee engagement initiatives. Prior to the merger, Janice’s role at Knight Capital Group (2006–2013) was Managing Director, Global Head of Learning and Development, where she directed all leadership, management and employee development across a global financial services firm. Janice built a firm-wide learning program from the ground up and partnered with leaders throughout the firm to link learning and skill development to business objectives. Janice’s background also includes a mix of strategic consultation to business leaders, both as an internal change agent and external management consultant. Her previous career roles include change management and systems integration consulting with Accenture, leading organization effectiveness and talent pool development initiatives with Nabisco / Kraft Foods, and building her own independent talent consulting practice with multiple Fortune 500 companies.

COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP • Janice is active in philanthropic endeavours including her role as a board member for Homes of Hope India, an organization that raises funds to build orphanages for abandoned girls in India, and she is actively involved in her church. EDUCATION • Janice graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics and a concentration in Marketing. She is a Certified Professional Coach and has achieved certifications and professional credentials in the following instruments: • Myers Briggs Type Indicator® • Extended DiSC® • Energy Leadership Index® - Master Practitioner • The Profilor® from PDI Ninth House
