PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE Jennifer Casey has served as an Associate within the Brokerage Services Group at Cushman &Wakefield since July 2015. Jennifer specializes in tenant and landlord representation services, and is focused on developing forward-thinking real estate strategies that align with her client’s business objectives and drive value for their future. During her time at Cushman &Wakefield, Jennifer has overseen numerous lease renewals, relocations, expansions and space dispositions for clients including The Foreign Policy Association, NY Hockey Holdings, and Global X Funds. Notable recent deals include representing the Consulate General of the State of Qatar in a 7,800-sf transaction, relocating their NYC Consulate in the Plaza District. Jennifer is also on the landlord agency team for 580 Fifth Avenue, an office building in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Jennifer received a B.A. in Business Economics from Brown University where she was a four-year member of the Women’s Varsity Soccer team. Jennifer is currently pursuing a M.S. in Real Estate - Finance and Investment from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
